AMBER Alert-North Carolina
An AMBER Alert has been issued for Gabriela Patricia Velazquez, a 14 year old Hispanic female. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Gabriela has a birth mark on her right calf and she was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and high heel shoes.
The Child was taken from the National Guard Armory at 510 W. Morganton Rd. in Southern Pines. No direction of travel at this time. The suspect is Ciro Alonso Salinas, a 20 year old Hispanic male. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and dress pants with black shoes.
